Rims and Tires

It works with the Rims,but now I have new problems.

Here the problem is this Resolution of light on the Tire.

Here the Front Tire is a little Down as the Rear.

with this problem it`s hard to tell .... if you want i make it .but do`nt put me to tell you cause are some problems from there and you can damage all car . give me the car or your ym id.
